This booking calendar is for residential customers only. Large properties with over 12 zones may incur additional fees at time of service if we were not notified prior. We do not service lake pump systems. Commercial customers, HOAs and townhome communities please call for more information about services and pricing.

How do I prepare?

Before we arrive, please:
Locate your sprinkler controller and make sure its accessible.
Turn off your sprinkler system’s water supply (usually located in a utility room).
Make sure outdoor irrigation connections are accessible.
Remove any obstacles around sprinkler equipment or access points.
Keep pets inside during the appointment.
Unlock gates so we can view every sprinkler head.
If you’re unsure what to do, don’t worry - we can help guide you through the process.
No. You do not need to be home as long as we have access to your sprinkler control and water shutoff, and have arranged payment in advance. Many customers choose to go about their day while we complete the service.

Do I need to be home?
Your appointment reserves a service window, not an exact arrival time. Our team will arrive anytime during your selected three-hour window. This allows us to efficiently group nearby homes together and provide reliable service throughout Dakota County.

What is a time window?
How long does it take?
Most sprinkler blowouts take approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the system and number of zones. Larger properties or more complex systems may take a little longer.

What if it rains?
Rain usually does not prevent us from completing sprinkler blowouts. We work through light and moderate rain, and our equipment is designed for fall conditions. If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
